All for recommendations

Just again today have we received more work through word of mouth. We had a recommendation from a recommended customer last week bringing another 2 customers to our services and yet another 2 today!

What is it with IT people? Some want to charge a rediculously horrendous monthly fee but then do not want to respond when help is needed? This is the 21st century! People rely on computers just as much as cars, phones and any other technology. If we keep this up I'll have to look for another staff member to add to our team to make sure our service commitment stays up to scratch.

Keep the recommendations coming, it shows that we're doing a good job and keeping people happy!

I couldn't agree more with mark. So many companies seem to have a perverse approach to customer service. After all it's much more difficult to get a new customer than what it is to keep an old one.
